Krysztina Winkel (UK, Germany)

Following four years in the education department at Deutsche Oper am Rhein (DE), where she focused on inclusion and diversity, and an international experience in Zambia, Krysztina now freelances in theatre education in Germany and the UK. She is currently studying Arts, Enterprise and Development as a Master’s student at the University of Warwick (UK) while continuing to work on community outreach projects.

Alessandra Di Clemente (Italy)

Alessandra is Director of Alpi in Scena, an umbrella organisation  of 45 other associations in North of Italy. She has managed various projects aimed at developing new audiences for the Teatro Sociale di Sondrio and collaborated with the Municipality of Sondrio to develop events for teenagers and young adults. She is also a coordinator for the educational programme of the Sondrio Festival.

Michela Stefanelli (Sweden)

Michela Stefanelli is based in Stockholm (Sweden). She holds a Master’s degree in Performing Arts Management from La Scala Theater in Milan and wrote her dissertation on “Ideation, Development and Management of an Educative Project For Opera”. She has a strong interest in the transmission of cultural heritage and how to bring children and art together.
