Lasting Legacy: Ensuring the Long Term Impact of Arts Education

Thu, 15/11/2018 to Sat, 17/11/2018

We are delighted to announce that Royal Danish Theatre will be hosting the RESEO Autumn Conference 2018 on 15 - 17 November across three different venues in their home city of Copenhagen.

What is legacy and what are the best practices for creating and sustaining it? How can we work with local, national and European stakeholders to ensure legacy, and what happens when priorities diverge? From a global perspective, what is the civic role of our work?

Creating long term community projects and partnerships through music, opera and dance education offers the potential to make real impact on a local level. But how do we plan for and ensure the legacies of these projects and what really happens when they end?

Note: The conference includes the opportunity to experience two performances:

  • The opera La Boheme at the Opera House on Wednesday 14th November at 8 pm.
  • The ballet Giselle at Old Stage Thursday 15th November at 8 pm.

Tickets are available for booking with a 20% discount for RESEO delegates here. The link is open until 1st November unless the performance sells out, so make sure to book your tickets as soon as possible.
