Lucy Perry (UK)

Lucy Perry has been Head of Education at Glyndebourne since 2012, previously Head of Education at the Scottish Chamber Orchestra. She trained in Music and completed the MA Arts Administration and Cultural Policy at Goldsmiths, University of London.

Lucy has been a member of the RESEO steering committee since 2014, and Chair since her election at the Bristol Conference in March 2016.

Joanna Wettern (UK) - Project Manager, Spring Conference 2017

Joanna Wettern is an education projects manager based in East Sussex, England. She trained as an Early Years teacher and worked in Venezuela and Colombia before moving to the UK to complete her MA on International Development and Education.

Jo works as an education projects manager for Glyndebourne Opera and has previously managed teaching conferences for Intel at an international level.

Clare Guss-West BHum MA (Switzerland) - External Advisor

Arts advocate, innovator and trainer, Clare’s work brings together the fields of dance, opera, holistic health and scientific research. She began her career as choreographer and opera director and went on to develop an ‘holistic ballet’™ approach to training. She is Director the European Dance & Creative Wellness Foundation and contributed 4 years to the RESEO Steering Committee 2010 – 2014. She continues to contribute to the network as External Advisor.

Roshnara Corby (France) - Communications

Roshnara specialises in international communication and is currently based in Toulouse, France. She holds a degree in Intercultural Relations and International Communication from the Université Lille 3 Charles de Gaulle and has organized seminars and training events related to arts and culture and non-formal education for organizations across Europe, first working with RESEO in 2013.

Rhian Hutchings (UK) - Project Manager, SPACE - Agents of Change in Education

Rhian is a director, commissioner, facilitator and producer. She has worked in opera for the last twenty years, and was Director of Youth & Community for Welsh National Opera from 2007 - 2014. Rhian is now Creative Director of Operasonic (, and the Partnership Manager for ArtWorks Cymru ( She is also a creative agent in two schools for the Arts Council Wales Lead Creative Schools scheme. Rhian loves being a RESEO member and was Chair of the Steering Committee from 2012 - 2014.
