Lucy Perry (UK)

Lucy Perry has been Head of Education at Glyndebourne since 2012, previously Head of Education at the Scottish Chamber Orchestra. She trained in Music and completed the MA Arts Administration and Cultural Policy at Goldsmiths, University of London.

Lucy has been a member of the RESEO steering committee since 2014, and Chair since her election at the Bristol Conference in March 2016.

Clare Guss-West BHum MA (Switzerland) - External Advisor

Arts advocate, innovator and trainer, Clare’s work brings together the fields of dance, opera, holistic health and scientific research. She began her career as choreographer and opera director and went on to develop an ‘holistic ballet’™ approach to training. She is Director the European Dance & Creative Wellness Foundation and contributed 4 years to the RESEO Steering Committee 2010 – 2014. She continues to contribute to the network as External Advisor.

Roshnara Corby (France) - Communications

Roshnara specialises in international communication and is currently based in Toulouse, France. She holds a degree in Intercultural Relations and International Communication from the Université Lille 3 Charles de Gaulle and has organized seminars and training events related to arts and culture and non-formal education for organizations across Europe, first working with RESEO in 2013.

Rhian Hutchings (UK) - Project Manager, SPACE - Agents of Change in Education / Autumn Conference 2017

Rhian is a director, commissioner, facilitator and producer. She has worked in opera for the last twenty years, and was Director of Youth & Community for Welsh National Opera from 2007 - 2014. Rhian is now Creative Director of Operasonic (, and the Partnership Manager for ArtWorks Cymru ( She is also a creative agent in two schools for the Arts Council Wales Lead Creative Schools scheme. Rhian loves being a RESEO member and was Chair of the Steering Committee from 2012 - 2014.

Alexandra Ringeval Van-Peteghem (France) - Membership coordinator

Alexandra holds an MBA in Cultural Project management and worked for a non-profit organization dedicated to art and culture in Hong Kong. She also contributed to expatriates networks, improving meetings in a spirit of openness and conviviality. Prior to her responsibilities with RESEO, she was an international business lawyer.

Monica Zarna (Romania) – Conference Manager Bern 2018

Monica is a cultural project manager, event planner and workshop moderator. She has collaborated with performing art companies, festivals and cultural institutions, mainly from in theatre field. By joining the RESEO team, she wishes to expand her professional knowledge and experience by getting acquainted with the European opera and dance sector. Monica holds an MA in European cultural relations from Uppsala University in Sweden, and a BA in French and English language and literature from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Sybilla Britani (Belgium) – Project Manager, Get Close to Opera

Sybilla specialises in cultural project management and research on EU culture and development policies. She has been involved in the coordination of UK film and photography festivals and worked for non-profit network dedicated to partnerships of EU cultural institutes. Sybilla holds a double MA Crossways in Cultural Narratives from University of St Andrews and Université de Perpignan and an MA in Spanish and Political Science from University of Edinburgh.
