RESEO encourages the development of opera and dance education in concrete ways. Members of RESEO don’t just talk with each other about what they do, they regularly work collaboratively. Over the past fifteen years, a number of cross-member projects have successfully helped to spread good practice Europe-wide.

Artist projects: the development of training programmes for artists to enable them to bring their art across to audiences in the best possible manner.
Repertoire: the creation of an online database listing operas and musical theatre works for and by young people.
Research:  an academic study of what opera houses across Europe do in the way of opera education and a related assessment of why opera houses undertake such work.
Teacher projects:  the development of teaching modules aimed at offering a participatory learning method for children and adolescents both within and outside the school environment.
