Antonio Vergamini

As a director and producer, I have been working in the world of theatre, opera and circus for thirty years. In 2007, I began working on projects that combine theatre, opera, circus and music, creating shows that have been performed in nine countries to date.

Objectives

To develop an original approach to opera that will encourage people who do not frequent opera houses or who are not accustomed to attending opera to fall in love with it and continue to enjoy it for the rest of their lives.

A flagship project

Gaetano Donizetti’s L’Elisir d’amore features 10 multidisciplinary artists, musicians, opera singers and circus performers. Musicians and circus performers combine their talents.
