RESEO is inviting members to take part in a one-day training programme led by British composer Howard Moody and Belgian director Benoît de Leersnyder.

Inspired by the artists’ work with a wide variety of languages, cultures, ages and skill sets for the La Monnaie/De Munt participatory operas Push (2019) and Solar (2013), the workshop will explore tools and methodologies for inclusive co-creation within a multicultural context. 

Learning objectives

  • Develop skills, knowledge and confidence related to creating work with participants from diverse backgrounds
  • Working across language barriers and with both professional and amateur artists
  • Discover examples of participatory practice from across Europe

Participant profile

Cultural practitioners, artists and workshop leaders in the opera, music and dance sector implementing or interested in implementing participatory work with a diverse group of beneficiaries.
