Fondazione Paolo Grassi – Festival della Valle d’Itria

Fondazione Paolo Grassi is a non-profit organization that works to support, develop and spread the theatrical and musical culture in southern Italy through training, research and live performance projects. It organizes the Festival della Valle d’Itria, a famous opera festival.

Aims

The Foundation pursues social solidarity goals in the field of cultural and artistic promotion and works for the education of the public of all ages and levels of education and to fight educational poverty.

A flagship project

MiniOperaUmorista: project to introduce children to opera through an innovative workshop of creative participatory composition of an opera, starting from Rossini’s Il Turco in Italia.
