Announcing the nominees of the 2021 FEDORA Education Prize!

FEDORA and RESEO are delighted to present the nominees for the 2021 edition of the FEDORA Education Prize, which seeks to reward innovation in opera and ballet education. Congratulations to:

“Carmen and the other extraordinary women” by L’Albero

“Carmen and the Other Extraordinary Girls” is a community opera based on Bizet’s Carmen co-created with young women from Southern Italy, migrant women under protection and disabled women from Northern Italy.

“Dance training for people with a disability” by Platform-K.

“Dance training for people with a disability” is a training programme by the Gent-based company Platform-K that brings together disabled and able-bodied dancers.

“We are musicians” by Stara Zagora State Opera

With their project “We are musicians”, State Opera Stara Zagora are aiming to develop the first Bulgarian sensory friendly interactive opera performance for children and youth with special educational needs.
