RESEO is offering cultural organisations the opportunity to take part in an “Erasmus+ Drive-Through” online training course created in partnership with Materahub.

Erasmus+, the European Commission’s flagship programme for education and training, is traditionally associated with the formal education sector. But did you know the programme offers many opportunities for international mobility and cooperation for artists and arts institutions involved in education, outreach and CPD?

About “Erasmus+ Drive-Through”

With a budget of €26 billion, Erasmus+ 2021-2027 offers more mobility and cooperation opportunities than ever before. The course will offer a practical, hands-on approach to developing an application for Erasmus+ strategic partnership funding. 

The course will focus on Erasmus+ Partnerships for Cooperation, or transnational projects designed to develop and share innovative practices and promote cooperation, peer learning, and exchanges of experiences in the fields of education, training, and youth. Who is it for?

  • Performing arts organisations and non-profit organisations focusing on arts education would like to know more about Erasmus+ opportunities, with the aim of applying for funding in Spring 2023

Outcomes for participants

  • Knowledge of the Erasmus+ programme and related opportunities for performing arts and arts education organisations
  • Practical knowledge of Erasmus+ application procedures, formalities and budgeting
  • The opportunity to develop and refine existing project ideas 
  • The opportunity to receive one-to-one support, feedback and assistance with project applications

Core programme

  • SESSION 1 // 8 & 9 November 2022 – 10:00 – 13:00 & 14:00 – 15:00 CET // Discovering the Erasmus+ programme and the application form
  • SESSION 2 // November/December – 14:00 – 15:00 CET // 2-hour brainstorming project and partnership ideas session

Fee: 

RESEO members: €80

Non-RESEO members: €150

Optional programme

  • SESSION 3 // 15 to 17 December 2022 // One-to-one evaluation of participants’ concept notes
  • SESSION 4 // January/February 2023 // Finalisation of the application and other assistance on a case-to-case basis
