Opera Meets Society

Foundation Jazda Polska! is an interdisciplinary organisation working at the intersection of opera, dance and social engagement. It develops participatory projects with youth and underrepresented groups, combining artistic creation with education. Active across Europe, Africa and Asia, the foundation contributes to innovative, inclusive models of opera and performing arts education.

Aims

The organisation aims to redefine opera through education, participation and social engagement. It empowers young people and underrepresented communities as co-creators, develops inclusive and accessible artistic practices, and creates innovative methodologies connecting opera, movement and society, contributing to more responsive and future-oriented performing arts education.

A flagship project

Łabędzie – inclusive opera with visually impaired performers, combining dance and accessibility (KIADA, Seoul).

Art of War – co-created youth opera on conflict and social resilience.

Why they are members of RESEO

We see RESEO as a vital platform for dialogue, collaboration and research, where we can both learn from others and actively contribute to developing more inclusive, accessible and future-oriented approaches to opera, music and dance education.
