Mikko Laamanen

I am a researcher working on education and outreach in opera with a focus on the evaluation of impact with regards to wellbeing and inclusion.

Aims:

The research program is participatory. It focuses on collaboration with organizations and their ongoing (or developmental) outreach efforts. My research aims to produce not only academic insight but practical input for outreach work.

A flagship project:

I am currently working with an opera festival in the UK but planning to expand the project on a European level.

Why I’m a RESEO member:

To enable exchange of ideas and collaboration on a European level with a network focused squarely on my research programme and interests.
