The Orchestra Senzaspine is a symphony orchestra founded in Bologna, Italy, in 2013. Over the years, it has distinguished itself through an inclusive approach that goes far beyond the traditional concept of the musical experience.

Aims

Senzaspine was born from the need and desire to make classical music accessible, that is, to remove all those “thorns” — stereotypes, clichés, and social, cultural, economic and even physical obstacles — that often prevent people from engaging with art, especially the music of the past.

A flagship project

E buio fu: a contemporary work realised in co-creation with the city of Bologna.

Why they’re RESEO members

“We believe in the same values and work towards the same goals.”
